Book online if you know the appointment you need, or call reception if you would like help choosing where to start.
Costs
The team discusses fees and any relevant item numbers before treatment begins, giving you time to check health fund details where needed.
Plan your visit
Arrive a few minutes early and let the team know about any access needs, dental anxiety, or urgent concerns.
Your dentists
Some visits are simple. Others take a few appointments and involve different members of the team. Wherever you start, we want you to know who is helping, why the next step is being suggested, and who you can speak to if you have a question.

Care rhythm
You do not need to arrive with a treatment plan in mind. Bring the problem or question. We will help you work out what needs checking, explain what we find, and make the next step clear.
If you are unsure what to book, reception can help you choose an appointment type, note access needs, and find a suitable time for an urgent dental concern.
Bring the reason you booked. Your clinician listens, checks what is happening clinically, and explains the findings in plain language.
Once there is a clearer picture, the team talks through options, costs, timing, prevention, or follow-up before you decide what to book next.
