Your dentists

A team around your care

Some visits are simple. Others take a few appointments and involve different members of the team. Wherever you start, we want you to know who is helping, why the next step is being suggested, and who you can speak to if you have a question.

Keeping the practice running smoothly

Care rhythm

From the first question to the next appointment

You do not need to arrive with a treatment plan in mind. Bring the problem or question. We will help you work out what needs checking, explain what we find, and make the next step clear.

Before you arrive

If you are unsure what to book, reception can help you choose an appointment type, note access needs, and find a suitable time for an urgent dental concern.

During the appointment

Bring the reason you booked. Your clinician listens, checks what is happening clinically, and explains the findings in plain language.

After assessment

Once there is a clearer picture, the team talks through options, costs, timing, prevention, or follow-up before you decide what to book next.
